Geriatric Therapy Services

Stellar Rehabilitation, LLC offers outpatient therapy services onsite in senior communities—retirement homes, independent living, and assisted-living—throughout the Madison area. On-site therapy services help seniors maintain their independence in their own living environment, promote increased safety and less risk of injury, and eliminate the hassle of traveling for therapy appointments. Additional strengthening exercise can assist seniors to improve balance and function, which reduces the need for skilled nursing facilities.

Stellar Rehab is a contracted provider operating as its own business entity within each facility. Stellar Rehab provides all therapy services and communication with physicians and staff regarding each client’s plan of care and progress.
